During this process, your concept evolves and becomes a physical product.
That’s where we come in. We apply our expertise in Industrial Design and manufacturing to help take your concept and develop it successfully so that it becomes a commercially viable product.
This process is at the essence of being an industrial designer. It’s why we’re called Concept Evolution.
We’ve been in business since 2016. Back then, we were called Create It Digital, and we specialised in designing, supplying and installing high-quality customised digital signage solutions for some of Australia’s biggest names in Out-of-Home advertising.
As we grew and expanded into different industries, in 2024 we changed our name to Concept Evolution to better reflect the increasingly diverse range of work we do.

Managing Director / Principal Designer
Michael Crisp
With 20 years’ experience in Industrial Design and manufacturing, Michael has a proven track-record of delivering everything from Point-of-Sale displays to Large-scale digital installations. Michael prides himself on his technical design skills, attention to detail, and uncompromising standards to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Principal Structural Engineer
Karl Matiszik
Karl brings 40 years of highly technical design and management experience to the team, along with registrations in NSW, VIC, and QLD. He has applied his extensive engineering expertise to a diverse range of projects including signage, residential & commercial building, bridges, temporary works, and much more.
Product Design Engineer
Majid Dar
With a dual degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Master’s in Advanced Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Majid combines technical expertise with a strong design focus having delivered a range of product solutions from concept to production, with strong attention to detail and manufacturability.
Production Manager
Alexander Palmer
Alexander has worked across multiple industries including signage, construction, mining, and farming with an extensive range of licenses and qualifications. His diverse skillset allows him to adapt to any scenario, and he ensures all projects are delivered on-time and to the highest standards.
Accounts and Administration
Faye Ridley
A dual degree holder, and lover of F1, running, and long walks, Faye works tirelessly behind the scenes at Concept Evolution to keep everything running smoothly.
