Prototypes can range from basic form studies (to assess size and shape of your product) to high-fidelity working prototypes.
Our workshop is fully equipped to assemble and test the prototypes including in-house 3D printing to provide rapid prototyping which enables fast and economical evaluation of a design.
For specific materials, processes or treatments, we turn to our trusted network of manufacturing partners.
Some products may advance to production after one prototype, others may require revision and further rounds of prototyping, testing and refining.
When you approve the final prototype, it’s time to manufacture and go to market.
Your product is optimised for efficient mass production (DFM - Design For Manufacturing) and to comply with regulations and standards.
