Custom IP-rated SS sheet metal enclosure designed for 24/7 Fuels smart self-service refuelling tanks to securely house pump control hardware.
All parts were modelled in 3D CAD to optimise hardware configuration for access, cable routing, and minimise the footprint, while providing secure and accurate fixing details to the internal structure of the tank.
The integration of control knob and battery gauge on the external door allowed users to easily access and view critical controls without opening the sealed enclosure.
Custom designed SS sheet metal pump shroud provided extra security to critical pump hardware to prevent damage when the hose was being dragged in/out of the tank.
An externally mounted SS sheet metal faceplate also provided robust yet convenient access to charging hardware.
