We started with detailed analysis and measurement of the complex geometry of the tubular frame in order to accurately model it in 3D CAD. Then full-scale templates were made to ensure the panel aligned perfectly with the frame. Finally, we produced photo-realistic renders of the panel design to ensure our client was fully satisfied before production commenced.
