Custom sheet metal rack-mounted enclosure designed and supplied for Paltronics to securely house electronic Jackpot control hardware.
Working closely with Paltronics’ expert team of engineers, all internal hardware was modelled in 3D CAD to optimise hardware configuration for access, cable routing, and minimise the footprint to suit standard rack-mounted installation.
The custom design featured internally mounted fan for thermal management, tamper-proof access panels preventing unrestricted access to internal hardware, front and rear service doors, and integrated 7” LCD touch screen.
The enclosure design was also optimised to pass all EMC and other compliance testing as part of Paltronics rigorous pre-production QC procedures.
Concept Evolution also designed and supplied custom packaging to securely house the completed units for shipping around the world.
